1st lets start with habits & moods. There's a bunch listed in friendproject's website which is alot I can't put here but will do basics. Extraversion is like sociability & cope(fear/ennui). Oppenness or optimistic is most of the time kindness or creativity & intrigue(joy/affection). Conscientiousness can be thoughtfulness or another emotion(anxiety/disgust/anger). Neuroticism or pessimistic tendencies often involves sadness or emotional instability(envy/sad. All too common in suburbs compared to Tourist life rail cities). Organized by some thoughts according to verywellmind but any can be synergizically mixed. Speech,communication,music culture social behavior along with cognitive behavior of deductive reasoning for life(religion, dedication to grasping new knowledge & skills like heavy dialogue directing, writting, drawing), Physiological wants versus needs with economical & energy preservation in mind is what makes up the overall context of Human Behavior. Extinguish good day vs. bad day by keeping a diet journal. Mine on a perfect day's life of a usual saturday would be something like: 1.Waking up at 8am if possible with breakfast cereal & Walmart or Smart & Final's powder Nonfat dry milk for digest.Dont take omega3s literal since they not that potent, oatmeals better for a lowering heart palpitations. Mild use of paper on toilet seats.2.Skip lunch if age 27+ & go for dinner but dont forget..If all that not going well, then: I think through life we may experience imo, Infant(0-1,tod4):Vitk eye drops(or inject
arm?),Child tdap,Yng Adult(18-27): dehydration,
b12 deficiciency, sleep disorder(Melatonin) & early 27lactosefree(If asthma, breath issues, avoid corn possibly), V31 glutenfree(no malted milk/chocolate)/prediabetic diet(1500 calories to lose weight+walmart electrolyte drinks) req.
Midage(30-40): Antibiotics if Hpylori closed
eye dizy, try eyedrps, antibiotics,Gluten free diet(Not everything that say Keto is Gluten free.Try isles 311 if Costco, A17 Bakery if Walmart, gluten free cookie dough in cylinders or pillsbury one, not the all purpose rice of gluten free isle since coconut dough from Dollar Tree better.Walmart protein powder of $20 or below is more affordable than Costco's).
Senior(41 +):C3g diet dialysis medibeacon gfr% device,belpalsy/hr/pneumonia issues,try prevnar21,lube/cataracteyedrops

3.Spending outdoor sun quality time, for example Griffith park by ca lacmta's vermont/sunset or Lapl, with friends or family, read manga, board games, pickleball, foosball, swim, camp, etc.

4.5-7pm eat dinner, but not pizza since possible stomache aches, with water. Reduce dairy sugar & salt intake.(Produce garbanzos nearly has 9 amino acids with greek yogurt daily protein good & electrolite drink.Dont have an indoor desert rose plant since those fruit flies get in ears & may not be removed by neem oil, buzzing noises may be heard for up to 2 weeks after is gone out of house.)

5.Judge movies based on: •Is it entertaining in the middle parts & not just the beginning?

•Is it more like Jurassic Park or James & the Giant peach of boring in beginning & mid? (If it is, its an immediate pass for me)

•Comedy, Horror, Adventure or Thriller? (No news nor Documentary in movies preferred)

•Dont trust rotten tomatoes nor imdb in comedy or adventure movies..they rate them bad.Firetv better or by reddit.(Examples: Ashlad,Cabras de Peste,The Medallion,Shanghai,Scary Movie,Aj Zombis,Host 06,Flushed Away,be rated low to semilow. When these should be an 8~10 similar to Shaun of the Dead.) •Build recommendation lists like mine where you know wont get deleted [Also in .txt files as backup,Hancom Office Editor,Drive,Terabox[They havent nagged to me about the 60day login rule that is usually the case with like Onedrive,Degoo,Dropbox(May prevent sharing) & Polaris are useful]

6.Night meal, eat an orange or any fruit with vitamin c, that can help prevent eyes closed dizzyness(Melons & 99¢only store's Centrum multivitamins dont cut it in my experience.Vitafusion or Costco ones might, potent.) & have water by your counter, sleep at 9pm if possible. Worst ones in theory: 1.Hostile manipulating behavior & one with malicious intentions with any kind of group(Example:Unresponsible hunters or teenagers making one fall off bike by putting an obstacle & snatching bike) 2.Bad parenting..Losing sight of children..resolution this by backpack leashes, lookout antivirus app used to work, a useful body cam if trully care. They a thing for a reason in China & Lafc games. 3.Criminals that just dont change, keep committing biggest crimes or they steal catalytics. In those situations, you may need reliable cctv surveillance.
